are you an octopus? a generalist? something else???
got untapped potential? love startups? you’re in the right place. 📍
👋 Hola Friends,
It’s Jordan again with your weekly digest of jobs in tech and beyond.
Here’s your encouragement to keep up the search, even if things look bleak: if you “fail” to get the job 99 times, but then land the gig on the 100th try, you’ve succeeded. It only takes ONE win.
You never know what might work out—would strongly encourage applying to the openings below.
And, as always, must-reads and job hunt tips are at the bottom.
Company Spotlight: Mercury
This week’s companies have one thing in common: making building easier. Whether it’s by tackling coding, banking, or data/research, these teams want to help founders and small businesses gain traction.
In particular, Mercury offers startup-friendly financial tools that help builders bank. Their product suite includes FDIC-insured banking instruments and expense management tools. They’ve been described as “an operator’s dream.”
Mercury’s culture is very intentional. They’re remote-first and prioritize the employee experience. Their benefits include budgets for WFH setups, paid sabbaticals, and food + wellness stipends.
Oh, and they raised a $300M series C and are already valued at $3.5B!
If Mercury sounds like a good fit, apply here.
