Company spotlight: Graphite
Here’s a meta kind of company for software engineers (like, the OG meaning of meta, not Zuck Meta). Graphite has built a developer tool for code review. They’ve also developed a chat tool to let you make changes instantly. They’re hiring right now, with a bunch of open positions in their NYC and SF offices, including an AI engineer, a frontend engineer, and someone for developer relations (a cool opportunity for you extroverts)
Perks include:
Paid lunch, dinner, and coffee during the week
16 weeks parental leave
Quarterly hacking weeks so you actually have time to code
Want in? See a tip for nailing cold outreach from one of Graphite’s recruiters below.
